Problem: I tried updating my database, but I get an error 12014 or 12029. My database is January 2009 or earlier. Why can't I update my database? On January 21, 2009, the company that hosts the First Class web site changed the FTP password, which is needed to access the files on the site. In order to fix this problem, you will need to download the current version of First Class. Go to this page and follow the instructions there. Our apologies for the inconvenience. |
